John
John, also born and raised in New York, has been designing and remodeling kitchens and bathrooms for more than 25 years. His passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces started when he was just a teenager working for his father’s construction company on Long Island, New York. Over the years, he honed his skills in new home construction, hotel design, and interior design.
In 2012, John relocated to Virginia Beach from San Diego California to be closer to his family. Familiarizing himself with the area quickly, he has an intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools, and amenities in the area. Close to his cousin Celinda, he jumped on the opportunity to work with her in real estate. He combines his background in construction with his education and experience in the design industry to excel in the industry.
Fortunately, for John his career in design has had him relocating to many locations through out the United States and it is because of this he understands the challenges military families face when receiving a PCS. Passionately patriotic, John has earned his military relocation professional (MRP) designation through the National Association of Realtors in a way to give back to those that have given so much for us.
Having earned a Master of Science in Psychology, John has found it beneficial to connect with his clients. He is completely dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. He pays close attention to their requirements and works diligently with them to locate the perfect home. His precision, proficiency, and professionalism have earned him an excellent reputation among both his clients and peers.
